Dear Batchmates,

As a gift of the association to all the batchmates for our 5th egroup
anniversary, we are making available the following email facility and
address to all:

yourname@usths80.org

yourname must be have your name or intials AND surname.

Example: nickname+surname (leoriingen@usths80.org) or initials+surname (lriingen@usths80.org);

NO vanity or anonymous names please (gwapo@usths80.org,
sexysiren@usths80.org)

This email facility has POP3, IMAP and SMTP services, so you can use your
outlook express, MS Outlook and other mail software. Best of all, it has
webmail access like yahoo mail.

To set your Outlook Express or MS Outlook, use the following in your set-up:
pop3 server: mail.usths80.org port 110
smtp server: mail.usths80.org port 587
Authentication must be enabled
For those who are not familiar with it, please ask your tech guys to install
for you.

For those who would like to access, read and compose email using the web (Internet explorer, Opera, Netsacpe, etc), just type
http://mail.usths80.org It operates like Yahoo Mail.

You can have both facilities functioning at the same time.

If you have an existing email address already with your company or with
yahoo mail, you can forward your emails from your @usths80 email address to your main email address or vice versa.

Those who are interested to have one, please email me (leo@riingen.com0 your desired email address and your initial password (you can change it later in the webmail)
